The Caregiver Binder
A printable binder for the person holding the medications, the appointments, the insurance cards, and the 2am phone call. Ten sections, one place — the emergency page for the fridge door, the medication list that stays current, the documents you can finally find.
- Truly fillable on your phone, tablet, or computer — type first if you prefer, then print. Or print blank and write by hand.
- A 20-row medication tracker, plus a Stopped & Changed log — so a medication that ends doesn't quietly stay on the list.
- The Important Documents checklist comes pre-listed for you. The documents are already named; you only fill in where each one lives.
- Appointment and daily-care logs sized to fill the whole page — and made to be reprinted freely as they fill up.
- A one-page Grab Sheet with the essentials in one place for emergencies.
- Discharge prep with real room to write — ten lines where it matters, for the questions and the answers.
- Calm color, white writing surfaces. Pretty enough to keep out on the desk; practical enough to write on every day.
Made differently
What other binders get wrong
We read the reviews of the binders already out there. The same three complaints came up again and again — so we built against every one of them.
“It ran out of room.”
Medication lists that stop at a dozen rows. Logs that end in the middle of the month. Care doesn't shrink to fit a page — the page should stretch to fit care.
Ours: twenty medication rows, page-filling logs, and pages designed to be reprinted as often as you need them.
“It wasn't what I expected.”
A "planner" that turns out to be view-only. A "fillable" file you can't actually type in. Format surprises are the last thing a caregiver has time for.
Ours: stated plainly before you buy — a printable PDF that is genuinely fillable on your devices, US Letter, nothing shipped.
“Too pretty to write in.”
Dark, ink-heavy pages that drain a printer cartridge and swallow a pen. A binder is a working tool, not a coffee-table book.
Ours: the color lives in the bands and borders. Where your pen goes, the page stays clean and white.

The Kits
Focused tools for the specific days caregiving throws at you. Each one built with the same care as the Binder, for the days that need a specialist.
Hospital Discharge Prep Checklist
The nine-page checklist for the moment before they send your person home — including the Medicare appeal-rights page nobody hands you. Warning signs side by side, a 48-hour setup, a seven-day tracker. Fill it in while the nurse is still in the room.

Family Care Meeting Kit
A 90-minute agenda, scripts for the hard moments, a role grid that gets names in writing, the follow-up email that makes it stick, and a shared-expenses spreadsheet that does the math. For the conversation nobody wants to have.

Who this is for
If you are the one taking the 2am phone call, this is for you.
- You are the adult child managing an aging parent while raising your own kids.
- You are the spouse navigating a new diagnosis and the paperwork that comes with it.
- You are the sibling who has been carrying it alone for one month too long.
You are not asking too much. You are asking what the moment requires.
A note from the desk
About June
Caregivers Desk began with a simple problem: the most important information in a family was scattered — a medication list on the fridge, a phone number in a text thread, a document nobody could find when it mattered. So June built the desk she needed: one calm place where the plans live.
“This isn't a test. Fill in what helps. Leave the rest blank. Come back to it when you can. The person you love is lucky to have you.”
— June, Caregivers Desk
Good questions
FAQ
Is anything shipped to me?
No — every Caregivers Desk product is a digital download. The moment you check out on Etsy, your file is ready to download. Nothing is mailed, and there's nothing to wait for.
How do I print it?
Print at home, or take the file to any copy shop. Print as many copies as you need — the log pages are designed to be reprinted as they fill up, so the binder grows with you.
Can I type into it before printing?
Yes. The Binder is truly fillable: open it on your phone, tablet, or computer, type into the fields, save, and print. If you'd rather write by hand, print it blank — the lines are sized for real handwriting.
What size are the pages?
US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches) — standard home-printer size, and a perfect fit for a standard three-ring binder.
